Shipping

At Miyoko we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 working days and deliveries take place during standard business hours, Monday to Friday. We always do our best to notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

US SHIPPING SERVICES

You can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery:

Standard Delivery ($10 / Free for orders over $195, 1-7 days)
Orders placed by 1pm EST Monday–Friday will be delivered within 1–5 business days. Orders are delivered Tuesday–Saturday to residential addresses, and Monday–Friday to commercial addresses.

Express Delivery ($25, 1-2 days)
Orders placed by 2pm EST will be delivered the next business day (Mon – Fri), and orders placed by 2pm EST on Friday will be delivered the next business day (Monday). Orders placed after 4pm EST on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday at the earliest.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes or freight forwarding companies at this time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped by DHL, UPS or Fedex. All international orders are subject to a flatmate shipping fee of $30.

Taxes and duties are not included, payment of any fees is the responsibility of the recipient, and will be collected at the time of delivery. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.
